| 1. | In the Playback screen, navigate to the protected video segment in the camera video timeline window. |
| 2. | When the video recording is playing in the camera video window, place your mouse over it and click on the Tools icon. |
| 3. | Click on the option Unprotect Video Segment. |
The video recording will display in the navigation window in a teal color.
