If audio is enabled on a camera, then it will capture and record audio. This means that you can be listening to the audio from all of your cameras connected to the network while you are monitoring the live feeds from your cameras on Alert Commander’s Live screen.
You can adjust the viewing volume from the live screen.
Below the Pan Tilt Zoom feature, there is an Audio slider. This feature allows you to increase, decrease, mute, and unmute audio.
Sliding the bar left decreases the viewing volume; and sliding the bar right increases it. Click on the mute icon at the left to turn the sound off. Click on the icon at the right of the slider to unmute.
