Motion LEDs

The motion LED light on the Alert Camera is located under the lens and Logitech logo. You will know the camera is recording when the LED is red and blinking.  If the LED is solid red, then the camera is ready to record.

Diagnostic LEDs

The diagnostic LEDs are located on the back side of the Alert camera, under the connector cable that is plugged into the camera. Diagnostic LEDs help you understand the working status of the camera at any given time.

These colors indicate the camera is working:

Connected to online (Green)

Alert Commander purple led LED descriptions for all cameras

Connected to Alert Commander (Purple)

Alert Commander blue led LED descriptions for all cameras

Connected to Alert Commander & Internet (Dark Blue)

Alert Commander white led LED descriptions for all cameras

Upgrading firmware (White)

Alert Commander yellow led LED descriptions for all cameras

Camera in standalone mode (Yellow)

Alert Commander light blue led LED descriptions for all cameras

Not connected to Alert Commander or online (Light Blue)

 

These diagnostic LEDs indicate the camera is NOT working:

microSD card read/write failure – No microSD card *  (Alternating Red / Yellow, blinking)
