Cameras can record video without being connected to the PC.

Recording occurs because the camera detects motion in its field of view.

Your inactive or camera running off-the-network will store recorded video to the removable microSD card. When the microSD card fills up,  the camera deletes the oldest video clips.

You can protect a video clip from being deleted in the Playback view of Commander. Recorded videos are automatically uploaded to Commander (to your PC’s hard drive) when the camera is reconnected to the network.
