Settings > General > Language tab.
The Language Settings screen allows you to change the language of Commander.
The format for numbers, currency, dates, times and sorting are based on the choice made in the operating system (Regional and Language Options).
If a different language is selected, the change takes effect after restarting the application. (Changing the language setting requires Administrator rights.)
