Settings > Diagnostics > Powerline Strength > “Run Test” button

Your Logitech Alert cameras use powerline to pass secure video data from your camera(s) over the existing power lines in your home to the network adapter, which then passes the video to your PC. Some areas of the powerline may be weaker than others; and some of your outlets might not be working at all.

This Diagnostic utility tests the strength of powerline into which your cameras are plugged. Higher strength means a reliable connection to your cameras while low strength may result in cameras dropping offline or disappearing.

To start the powerline strength test:

1) Go to Settings > Diagnostics > Powerline Strength.

2) Click on “Run Test” button.
