If your PC is running the Windows Live OneCare firewall, the Commander may not be displaying video, even if you placed the Commander on the Allow List. If the Commander is not displaying video, follow these instructions to resolve it:
1. | Open the Windows Live OneCare system. The Common Tasks screen displays. |
2. | Click the option “View or change settings”. |
3. | With the Settings window open, click on the Firewall tab and then click Advanced Settings. |
4. | Click on the Ports and Protocols tab. |
5. | In the Ports and Protocols section, locate the “Universal Plug and Play – Xbox 360 (UDP 1900) checkbox and select it so that it is marked. (See red arrow above.) Then, hit the Apply button. |
The live video from your cameras should show up in the Commander shortly after this.
