1) Open the Norton Internet Security firewall utility.
2) Click the Norton Internet Security Tab, followed by the Settings bar.
3) Click on the link “Norton Internet Security Options”.
4) In the left navigation panel, click the link for “Personal Firewall”.
5) Click Advanced Settings.
6) Click the Configure button.
7) Scroll through the list of options until you see “Default Block UPnP Discovery.” Click on this option so that it is highlighted.
8) Click the Modify button.
9) Select the option to “Allow connections that use this rule”. Then, click OK.
10) Click OK to close Norton.
