Settings > Camera > Reboot/Reset
The reset camera function restores a camera with the factory settings.
To reset a camera:
1) Go to Settings > Cameras > Reboot/Reset.
2) Find the camera you want to reset and click the Reset link.
Video from your camera will be temporarily disabled. Please allow 2 to 3 minutes to complete the reset process.
If you reset a camera, and have a security key assigned to it, you need to run the Add/Find Camera wizard on the Settings > Cameras > Add/Find screen.
